Scrum Master

Step into a leadership role guiding a multi-year software development and implementation program. You will serve as a foundational Agile leader for a brand new development pod, helping establish operational rhythms, coaching cross-functional teams, and navigating technical integrations, data conversions, and DevOps pipelines. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior, technically fluent Scrum Master looking to shape a financial system implementation from the ground up.

Here’s what you’ll be doing: * Building and launching new Scrum teams and pods from scratch, establishing operating procedures and agile frameworks tailored to program constraints. * Coaching and mentoring teams on true Agile practices, problem-solving through project realities rather than just facilitating mechanical ceremonies. * Partnering closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage software development, system integrations, and interfaces. * Overseeing and supporting technical focus areas including data cleansing, data conversion, data migration, and DevOps pipelines. * Acting as a bridge between customer and vendor environments, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and adherence to high regulatory standards.

10+ years of professional experience, with a strong background specifically as a Scrum Master within large-scale software development and new application build environments. * Strong technical background with hands-on exposure to DevOps, system integrations, and data migration/cleansing initiatives. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and proven experience coaching teams and building pods from scratch in highly regulated, financial, or public sector environments. * Excellent communication, executive presence, and problem-solving skills with a flexible, adaptable approach to program execution. * Local to the area (hybrid work arrangement starting with approximately once a week onsite expectations, eventually decreasing to once per month).
