Job description

Design, develop, and maintain IBM DataStage ETL solutions.
Build scalable data integration and transformation workflows.
Develop and optimize ETL jobs for large-scale data processing.
Work with business analysts and data architects to gather requirements.
Integrate data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses.
Perform ETL testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Support production deployments and resolve ETL-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.

Requirements

8+ years of IBM DataStage development experience.
Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.).
Experience with ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling.
Familiarity with UNIX/Linux scripting.
Experience with performance tuning and job optimization.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
