Job description

The resource will be expected to:

  • Support and maintain the existing IBM DataStage platform.
  • Perform updates and enhancements to IBM DataStage processes/jobs.
  • Modify and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database objects.
  • Develop new ETL/Data Integration solutions.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of DataStage jobs and processes.
  • Work on assignments as directed by the HGV team under a staff augmentation model.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage development and administration.
  • Experience working with ETL development, enhancements, and production support.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, queries, and database objects.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs.
  • Ability to work independently in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting and developing data integration solutions in large-scale environments.
