Job description

The Specialist designs, builds and maintains Epic Cadence scheduling templates, scheduling protocols, specialty diagnosis grids and other scheduling tools for Ambulatory Clinics and Departments. This position plans and executes Epic Cadence modifications to increase operating efficiency, achieve long and short-term goals along with ensuring efficient integration with all Epic applications. The Specialist processes clinical department requests within appropriate time frames and reviews for compliance with Template Guiding Principles and Joint Practice Standards. This position also participates in testing of new enhancements and upgrades, as well as major template changes.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical operations related to patient scheduling, access and/or clinical systems Epic scheduling systems experience is preferred., Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required., Epic Proficiency/Certification is preferred.

Benefits & conditions

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $24.05 - $38.48. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
