Mid-weight Digital UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented Mid-weight Digital UI/UX Designer who loves creating beautiful, intuitive digital experiences. Most of your work will focus on premium corporate websites, while also contributing to digital products, customer portals and applications.

You’ll work alongside experienced designers, developers and strategists on projects where quality matters.

What you’ll do

• Design beautiful, user-centred websites.
• Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes.
• Produce polished UI designs in Figma.
• Help build and maintain design systems.
• Design responsive interfaces across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Collaborate closely with developers during implementation.
• Contribute ideas during workshops and design reviews.
• Explore AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.

• 3-6 years of digital UI/UX experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Good understanding of UX principles.
• Strong Figma skills.
• Comfortable working within design systems.
• Understanding of responsive design.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Curious, collaborative and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable or similar to support research, ideation, content structuring and design exploration while recognising that great design still depends on human judgement.

Bonus points

• Motion design (Jitter or After Effects).
• Experience designing dashboards or SaaS products.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience with prototyping and micro-interactions.
