Job description
As a Management Consultant supporting AI Training and evaluation initiatives, you will apply your expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world business and consulting input.
This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity, not a traditional consulting role. Candidates will work on project-based AI training tasks while collaborating remotely with distributed teams in a flexible work environment. No prior AI experience is required - your domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert insights on management consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation practices.
- Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to AI training and evaluation projects through business reasoning tasks, response evaluation, content review, and related consulting workflows.
- Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to help improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to support the training and evaluation of AI models using real-world consulting perspectives.
- Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Clearly articulate recommendations, frameworks, and process flows in both written and spoken formats.
- Stay updated on management consulting trends to provide current and impactful input into AI training processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Process improvement?, * Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Management Consultant, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm.
- Proven expertise in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- Ability to synthesize complex problems and deliver practical, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in remote environments.
- Experience developing or reviewing case studies, business frameworks, and client-ready deliverables.
- Self-motivated and capable of delivering high-quality independent work in a distributed setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives or AI-driven business models.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or training consultants or business professionals.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation or AI training-related business tasks is a plus.
