Job description

  • Record, track and report key performance metrics across multiple implementers.\n
  • Ensure timely updating and accurate maintenance of historical program data.\n
  • Compose and distribute regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report information.\n
  • Facilitate and execute delivery of comprehensive data requests in a timely manner.\n
  • Provide oversight to Community Kits implementation.\n
  • Provide oversight to Scholarship program implementation and record retention.\n
  • Maintain accurate Internship program records to track intern and employer participation, application submissions and program metrics.\n
  • Manage MDAP process including document preparation, data collection, data review, document revisions and communication of expectations.\n
  • Manage process for budget assistance requests from submission to execution\n
  • Review and submit orders for direct install measures.\n
  • Support grant payments through document preparation, retention and tracking.\n
  • Support program analytics through data collection and review to identify and recommend areas for growth and improvement.\n
  • Submit IT tickets and monitor progress to completion.\n
  • Assist with Market Development Initiative implementation.\n
  • Assist with development of slide decks and presentations.\n
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with program staff and subcontractor partners.\n
  • Assist with marketing project management process.\n

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience\n
  • Must be a team player capable of multitasking and working several complex and diverse tasks. The individual must be well organized, reliable, conscientious, and capable of managing resources and schedules to meet deadlines.\n
  • Microsoft 365; specifically Excel & Microsoft Teams.\n
  • Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting as well as in a team setting.\n
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.\n
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and conscientiously with both technical and non-technical team members.\n
  • Strong emotional intelligence.\n

\n \nPreferred but not required: \n \n \n

  • Technical experience with energy efficiency or energy efficient audits.\n
  • Familiarity with data analytics, data quality assurance/quality control, and reporting.\n
  • Understanding of utility-offered products or services.\n
