Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Interface Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex system interfaces that facilitate seamless communication between diverse enterprise applications and infrastructure components. Your expertise will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems, supporting business operations across multiple platforms and environments. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of system architecture, solution design, and modern IT infrastructure to drive innovative solutions that meet organizational needs., * Lead design, configuration, and enhancement of interfaces for Epic applications and ancillary systems using Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf.

Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues supporting clinical and business workflows.
Support monitoring, maintenance, testing, and production support of interface environments.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to define and implement integration solutions.
Participate in workflow/dataflow analysis and implementation planning.
Provide mentoring support to junior interface analysts when needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent healthcare IT integration experience.

7+ years of IT experience with strong healthcare integration background.
Hands-on experience with Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface engine.
Strong knowledge of HL7, XML, ANSI X12, and SDLC processes.
Experience supporting major system implementations.
Strong communication skills and understanding of medical terminology.

Certifications

Epic Bridges Certification (or must obtain within 6 months)
Cloverleaf Certification (or must obtain within 6 months)

Preferred Experience

Epic Tapestry modules (UM/CM, Appeals & Grievances, Enrollment, Provider Management, Core)
Epic BID, Clarity SQL, Cogito, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench
SQL / PL-SQL development
Medicare and payer-side experience
Provider/payer shared system environments, * IT with strong healthcare integration background: 7 years (Required)
