Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.
Apple is looking for an dynamic and detail-oriented Product and Program Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team, with a focus on Agentic Commerce Capabilities. This team is responsible for defining the future of AI-driven shopping experiences - building agentic capabilities that help customers discover, evaluate, and purchase Apple products in ways that are intelligent, trustworthy, and deeply personal. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences in a revenue-driven organization.
- Proficient in web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms.
- Experience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience., * Experience working in a platform partnership, developer ecosystem, or technical integration role at consumer scale.
- Ability to research external platform capabilities and translating them into clear product requirements that engineering teams can execute against.
- Familiarity with LLM API frameworks across major platforms, ability to read API documentation and synthesize impact and applications, comfortable with agent and integration frameworks.
- Ability to lead through platform volatility - maintaining integration quality and team momentum as partner platforms evolve, deprecate, and shift strategy.
- Capable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations.
- Ability to translate complex platform and technical information into concise, compelling narratives appropriate for business, design, and engineering stakeholders.

In this role, you will drive scope that focuses on emerging agentic platform capabilities that represent the next frontier of digital retail. You will define how Apple Store Online leverages agentic frameworks, platform integration surfaces, and intelligent automation to deliver scalable, privacy-conscious product capabilities that meet customers where they are.
This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Engineering, Design, and Marketing. Success in this role means shipping agentic experiences that uphold Apple’s values around privacy and trust.
