Job description
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong CRM (Customer Relationship Management) expertise to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver customer-centric CRM solutions that enhance sales, marketing, and customer service operations., * Own and manage the CRM product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive CRM enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to improve CRM capabilities.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback.
- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality CRM features.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
- Support UAT, release planning, and change management activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT/Product Management experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- HubSpot
- Oracle CRM
- SAP CRM
- Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Journey processes.
- Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
- Knowledge of data migration, reporting, and CRM analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator or Product Owner certification.
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
- Experience with CRM automation and workflow design.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or CRM reporting tools.
- Experience working in cloud-based CRM environments.
- Exposure to AI-powered CRM features, customer insights, and automation.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot Marketing, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Insurance domain experience.
- Experience with CRM implementation or migration projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and customer engagement solutions.
