Requirements

Proven experience in cybersecurity, including 3 5 years in a management or leadership role overseeing cybersecurity initiatives and teams.
Hands-on experience securing Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, with expertise in addressing IT/OT convergence challenges and implementing security solutions within Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO).
Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity strategies, policies, standards, and procedures for IT and OT environments supporting TSMO operations.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies and industry-standard frameworks, including NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ISO/IEC 27001.
Experience leading or supporting incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics activities to identify, investigate, and mitigate cybersecurity threats.
Experience utilizing vulnerability management tools and implementing processes for vulnerability identification, assessment, remediation, and continuous monitoring.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex cybersecurity concepts through clear written documentation and verbal presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must possess at least one of the following industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)
Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
