Application Administrator

• Install, configure, and maintain business applications and systems
• Monitor application performance, uptime, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues and incidents
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
• Support integration between applications and other systems
• Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards
• Assist in testing and deployment of new features or applications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Application Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimise enterprise applications. This role is responsible for ensuring application availability, performance, security, and user support across business systems. The ideal candidate has experience with application lifecycle management, system configuration, and troubleshooting in a dynamic IT environment., * Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2-5+ years of experience in application support or administration
• Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
