Job description

The Senior Intelligence Systems, Data & Analytics Leading the planning, execution, and sustainment of enterprise intelligence analytics platforms while ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and mission usability. This role bridges program management, analytics capability development, and system/data validation activities to deliver highquality, missiondriven intelligence solutions across the Intelligence Community. The position requires coordinating between mission users, developers, engineers, and analysts to deliver secure, effective, and uservalidated data and analytics platforms., Lead Agile program execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, prioritization, and crossteam coordination

  • Translate mission and user requirements into technical solutions for analytics platforms, data workflows, and intelligence tools
  • Oversee data governance, data lifecycle management, metadata standards, and compliance with IC policies
  • Manage development and sustainment of enterprise analytics tools, dashboards, and data-sharing capabilities.
  • Plan and conduct system testing, verification & validation (V&V), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for intelligence systems
  • Perform data integrity checks, identify anomalies, and coordinate remediation with development and engineering teams
  • Support ETL processes and data quality assurance activities across complex data pipelines
  • Ensure alignment between mission needs, technical implementation, and system usability through continuous stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, test reports, training materials, and user guides.
  • Track and report on program performance, system effectiveness, user adoption metrics, and operational outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with IC security protocols, data standards, and governance requirements
  • Facilitate communication between mission users, system developers, and leadership to ensure timely and effective delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years OR a Master’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR a PhD with 6 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requirement
  • Experience managing Agile software development programs or analytics capability development
  • Understanding of data governance, analytics platforms, and enterprise system architecture
  • Experience with system testing, data validation, QA processes, or V&V for intelligence systems
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with large datasets, metadata standards, and data quality frameworks
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD programs
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph., * Experience with ETL pipelines, data integration workflows, or Python-based processing
  • Familiarity with OMS/ATOMS or similar enterprise IC systems
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting languages
  • Experience with UI/UX testing or system usability assessments
  • Experience supporting multi-agency or enterprise data environments
  • Experience with analytics platforms or intelligence production systems
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
