Senior Data Science & Analytics Engineer

Experteer Overview In this Senior Data Analyst/Scientist role, you will advance data collection, enrichment, and analysis across a mission-focused enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders to define data needs and transform data into actionable insights that inform enterprise decisions. You will build automated data pipelines, work with large datasets, and produce clear reports and visuals for diverse audiences. You will help evolve cloud-based data architectures and analytics capabilities to support mission-critical workflows. Compensation / Benefits * Partner with mission stakeholders to identify data needs and design collection/enrichment methods * Analyze operational and business data to uncover trends and insights * Develop frameworks, tools, and automated data pipelines for collection, transformation, and integration * Work with large, complex datasets to extract meaningful information * Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and exploratory modeling to support decision-making * Create clear reports, visualizations, and briefings for technical and non-technical audiences * Correlate data across disparate systems to highlight relationships and enterprise outcomes * Help evolve cloud-based analytics capabilities within the customer environment Tasks * Active TS/SCI clearance adjudication with CI poly * Bachelor’s degree relative to the position with 12+ years of relevant experience * 3+ years in Data Science * Experience using R, Python, SQL to manipulate data and derive insights * Experience in Data Analysis, data engineering and enrichment * Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders * Strong testing, verification, and validation skills * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate complex data in an actionable way * Ability to visualize data effectively for projects Key requirements * overtime * shift differential * discretionary bonus * competitive salary * career growth opportunities * mission-driven work
