AI/ML Engineer

• We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions., * Develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models including forecasting and predictive analytics models.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade MLOps frameworks.
• Establish and implement Model Governance frameworks.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using Snowflake as the primary data platform.
• Provide strategic AI/ML consulting and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives and mentor onshore/offshore engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and production ready.

• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML model development, MLOps, Model Governance, and Snowflake, along with excellent client-facing and leadership skills. Experience in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred., * Experience developing and training AI/ML models.
• Hands-on experience implementing MLOps frameworks.
• Experience implementing Model Governance frameworks.
• Strong experience with Snowflake.
• Python, SQL, Machine Learning algorithms.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Leadership experience managing AI/ML teams.
