AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our client’s team in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions in enterprise environments. Candidates with prior experience in the Banking domain are highly preferred and will be given priority consideration., * Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions.

• Build and optimize machine learning algorithms for business applications.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and predictive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers.
• Implement model training, validation, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Enhance model performance and ensure production readiness.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines and automation workflows.
• Support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

• Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Expertise in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with data analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale data environments.
• Banking Domain Experience (Mandatory)., * PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with advanced AI/ML research and implementation.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML platforms and modern data ecosystems.
