A Support Role with Real Impact This position goes beyond traditional help desk support. EntranceIQ Technical Support Specialists serve as knowledgeable, trusted resources for our customers and partners. You will work directly with property managers, gate attendants, security teams, technology integrators, and community staff to resolve real-world operational and technical challenges. • Provide technical support to customers, security personnel, integrators, and community staff.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, kiosks, cameras, access-control devices, and connectivity issues.
  • Support visitor management, resident access, guest and vendor management, and license plate recognition systems.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions whenever possible.
  • Communicate clearly and provide timely updates through resolution.
  • Coordinate with implementation, operations, development teams, and integration partners.
  • Assist with onboarding new communities and training customers.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices.
  • Recommend improvements to customer experience and support processes., Success is measured by your ability to solve problems accurately, build customer confidence, communicate consistently, and help communities operate effectively using EntranceIQ. Why Join EntranceIQ?

  • Work with technology transforming community access, security, and gatehouse operations.
  • Gain experience with software, access control, cameras, kiosks, license plate recognition, and connected devices.
  • Join a growing company where your ideas can make a meaningful impact.
  • Take on new challenges and increasing responsibility as the company expands.
  • Work with a team that values ownership, accountability, innovation, and customer success.

Requirements

Technical ability is important, but attitude, judgment, communication, and accountability matter just as much. You are someone who:

  • Takes ownership from beginning to end.
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrates empathy.
  • Remains calm under pressure.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Follows through on commitments.
  • Looks for solutions rather than excuses.
  • Learns quickly and is comfortable with unfamiliar technology.
  • Takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Technical Qualifications Preferred experience includes:

  • General networking fundamentals.
  • Understanding of IP addresses, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting software applications or technology systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and remote-support tools.
  • Ability to diagnose, isolate, and document technical issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Experience with access control, cameras, kiosks, networking equipment, or security technology is helpful but not required.

You do not need to be an expert in every technology we support. We will train the right person. What matters most is your ability to learn, think critically, troubleshoot methodically, and take ownership until an issue is resolved.
