5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in a large environment

Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls

Background with Cisco Routers/Switches

Knowledge of OSPF or BGP routing protocols

Experience creating Network Segmentation

Experience supporting data centers, server upgrades, new building network design and cloud initiatives Cloud Background with Azure

Fortinet Firewall experience - F5

Any Palo Alto or Cisco product certifications

Experience working for a manufacturing company

About the company

Insight Global is looking for a Network Engineer in the Southeastern, CT area. This person will be joining a team within an internal IT department and will be supporting enterprise wide projects. Projects include data center builds and upgrades, new buildings, cloud initiatives and server upgrades. They will be working in an enterprise level environment with over 20,000 users and need to create network segmentations to application and user levels. They will be involved in setting up and configuring SDWan, in additional working on Cisco Routers and Switches and Palo Alto firewalls.
