Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain web services and full stack web applications with secure coding practices.
- Implement reliable and efficient persistence layers and interface integrations.
- Work within Agile Scrum using Themes, Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Apply clean coding techniques and S.O.L.I.D principles for maintainability and quality.
- Champion and practice Test Driven Development within the Agile framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including systems, test, information assurance, and quality teams.
- Support continuous integration and test automation workflows.
Requirements

- Agile experience, including Scrum or related frameworks such as SAFe or XP.
- UI and development frameworks experience such as AngularJS, Ionic, GWT, SmartGWT, Qt, React, or Node.js.
- Automated testing tools and concepts such as Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, or BDD.
- Test Driven Development experience.
- Strong teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills.
- DoD 8570 security certification (e.g., Security+) within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred: Web services architectures (REST, SOAP, AWS).
- Preferred: Software configuration management using Git or GitHub.
- Preferred: CI/CD and quality tools such as Ant, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, FishEye, Crucible, Gradle, or JUnit.
- Preferred: Security scanning tools such as HP Fortify or HP WebInspect.
- Preferred: Build scripts with Maven or ANT.
- Preferred: Mobile application development.
- Preferred: Agile management tools such as VersionOne, JIRA, or Rally.
- Preferred: Web server configuration for JBOSS, Wildfly, or Tomcat.
- Preferred: Database development with Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, or Oracle.
Education Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance.
