- Conduct root cause analysis to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, or stock shortages, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to optimize purchasing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage logistics inventory management.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to generate insightful reports on inventory trends, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
- Oversee shipping & receiving operations, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and freight coordination with 3PL providers.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management, supply chain management, or logistics roles with a strong understanding of inventory control practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems (such as AS400 or SAP), SQL, Excel data analysis, and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for inventory discrepancies or process bottlenecks.
- Valid forklift certification preferred; ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in materials handling environments.
- Excellent analysis skills with a focus on demand planning, procurement strategies, and process optimization.
- Technical proficiency in logistics software, demand forecasting tools like MRP systems, and retail management platforms is highly desirable.
