• Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to optimize purchasing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage logistics inventory management.
• Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to generate insightful reports on inventory trends, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
• Oversee shipping & receiving operations, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and freight coordination with 3PL providers.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control initiatives.

• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for inventory discrepancies or process bottlenecks.
• Valid forklift certification preferred; ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in materials handling environments.
• Excellent analysis skills with a focus on demand planning, procurement strategies, and process optimization.
