Performance Tester

• Lead the performance testing team in the planning design and execution of performance test cases and scenarios
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand system architecture identify critical performance KPIs and establish performance benchmarks
• Develop comprehensive performance test plans and strategies that cover load stress endurance and scalability testing
• Select and implement appropriate performance testing tools and frameworks
• Execute performance tests monitor system performance and analyse results to identify bottlenecks and issues
• Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for performance improvements
• Mentor and train team members on performance testing best practices and tools
• Manage the performance testing environment ensuring that it is properly configured and maintained for accurate testing

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering
• Strong knowledge of performance testing principles methodologies and tools eg LoadRunner JMeter
• Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools
• Experience with cloudbased performance testing
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages commonly used in performance testing eg Java Python C
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies eg Docker Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CICD pipelines and DevOps practices, Mandatory Skills : Performance Testing -Analysis (Analysing test Results, Server Stats,Bottlenecks, tuning and recommendations), Performance Testing -Emerging Tools (K6,Gatling), Performance Testing -LTIM Solutions( Canvas Resilience,Trending Tool, A2P)
