Job description
- Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple releases.
- Review and design test scenarios, test cases, and test strategy documents aligned to business requirements.
- Validate Veeva Vault applications (QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, etc.), including workflows, configurations, and document lifecycle management (preferred).
- Drive test planning, estimation, and resource coordination for QA activities.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
- Manage and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and quality closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Dev, SMEs, Infra) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support audit readiness, compliance validation (CSV), and documentation activities (GxP / 21 CFR Part 11).
- Mentor junior testers and ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
- Prepare and present test metrics, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software testing / quality assurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
