Java Integration Engineer (Mid-Level)

Paisly is seeking a Mid-Level Java Integration Engineer to join their hybrid team in Dania Beach, FL. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that support enterprise-scale web applications and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Java experience, strong knowledge of internet technologies, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder engagement?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED plus 4+ years relevant work).

• 3+ years of professional experience in technology roles.
• Solid understanding of software engineering environments, standards, and internet protocols.
• Experience managing Service Level Agreements and building strong stakeholder relationships across organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%)., * 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience architecting and developing production-grade solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional presence and build relationships across the organization.
