Job description

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services Recruiting team as a Sourcing Recruiter and shape how we build talent pipelines for critical Data Center infrastructure roles at scale. You’ll own end-to-end sourcing strategies, leverage advanced tools including generative AI, and deliver measurable results that directly fuel business growth across one of Amazon’s fastest-growing businesses., * Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles

  • Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
  • Screen and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against role requirements
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health
  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy
  • Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences

A day in the life

As a Sourcing Recruiter on the Agile Sourcing Team, you’ll focus on designing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies for critical infrastructure roles. Your day might include mapping talent markets to identify passive candidates, using Boolean search and AI-powered platforms to surface qualified prospects, and engaging candidates through personalized outreach. You’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs, then translate those insights into targeted pipeline strategies. You’ll also analyze sourcing metrics and market trends to share strategic recommendations with leadership, mentor colleagues on emerging tools and methodologies, and continuously refine your approaches based on what’s working. Throughout it all, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between deep research, relationship building, and data-driven decision making.

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
