Support and optimize Epic ClinDoc workflows and applications Participate in Epic implementation and transition initiatives Perform application build, testing, validation, and deployment activities Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams Support readiness and go-live activities Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting Assist with workflow improvements and user adoption Preferred Experience: MyChart Patient Call Center Clinical Documentation Large-scale Epic implementations Epic go-live experience.

Requirements

Epic ClinDoc Certification - If the candidate is willing to obtain the MyChart certification before their start date, she would still consider them. 5+ years of Epic Analyst experience Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimizations Strong understanding of clinical workflows and documentation Experience with build, testing, validation, deployment, and production support Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
