Job description
A Kforce client is seeking a Senior Epic Systems Analyst - ClinDoc to support a large-scale, enterprise Epic implementation. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within the Technology & Digital organization. The position is based in Miami, Florida, with mandatory onsite training required at the start of the assignment. Following training, the standard hybrid schedule will require onsite attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Remote consideration may be available for an exceptionally qualified candidate who closely matches the required Epic ClinDoc experience and can travel to Miami as needed., The position follows a standard schedule of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For non-local candidates, flights and hotel accommodations may be covered when onsite attendance is required. The organization is targeting a hiring decision within approximately six to eight weeks, with the Epic go-live currently planned for July 2027., * The interview process is expected to take approximately two to three weeks and may include internal interview rounds, an executive leadership interview, an Epic team interview, and a final decision
Requirements
- Qualified candidates must hold an active Epic ClinDoc certification and have at least five years of Epic Analyst experience; Candidates should have demonstrated experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives, along with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and documentation; Hands-on experience with application build, testing, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support is required; Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are also essential
- Experience with MyChart, patient call center applications or workflows, clinical documentation, large-scale Epic implementations, and Epic go-live support is strongly preferred
- The ideal candidate will have experience working within a complex healthcare environment and will be comfortable collaborating with clinical users, technical teams, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
