Job description

As a Software & Automation Engineer, you will act as the architect of our R&D factory. This role goes beyond simple automation-you will design the digital nervous system that connects physics simulations, engineering workflows, and business operations. Your mission is to create a self-driving pipeline where simulation, code, and hardware design operate seamlessly. This is a high-impact role for a true builder-someone who can transform early-stage concepts into robust, production-grade systems., * Technical PoC Implementation

Transform raw engineering concepts and Smartfins prototypes into high-performance software using Python and C++. * Workflow Architecture Design and maintain middleware and API-driven workflows integrating tools such as Jira, Slack, Autodesk, AWS, and internal databases. * Digital System Development Build modular, object-oriented frameworks in Python and C++ to automate simulation, testing, and engineering workflows. * Intelligent Automation Integrate LLMs and AI agents into task management systems to convert thermal data into actionable insights. * Pipeline Ownership Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure reliable deployment of physics-heavy systems. What You Bring Core Requirements

  • Educational Background

Requirements

MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with strong mathematical foundations. * Polyglot Development Skills Strong expertise in Python and solid experience with C++, with a clear understanding of performance vs. flexibility trade-offs. * Software Architecture Expertise Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and Clean Architecture, with the ability to build scalable, maintainable systems. * Physics Affinity Interest or experience in heat transfer and thermodynamics. Familiarity with conjugate heat transfer is a plus. * Builder Mindset Ability to take incomplete ideas and transform them into functional, scalable solutions. Nice to Have Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools or AI agents in production Strong understanding of API-first design and system integrations Exposure to CFD frameworks or CAD automation

Benefits & conditions

Join at a key scaling phase and design systems from the ground up. * Ownership and Speed Minimal bureaucracy-if you see a better solution, you implement it. * Real-World Impact Your work directly enables cutting-edge thermal solutions for global data centers. * Engineering Culture A team that values both clean code and deep physics expertise.

About the company

We’re solving one of the biggest physical bottlenecks in the AI revolution: heat. As traditional data center cooling approaches its limits, we’ve developed ultra-high-performance Smartfins technology powered by proprietary generative algorithms. We are a lean, fast-moving startup operating at the intersection of software intelligence and large-scale hardware manufacturing. If you want to see your code translated into real-world hardware deployed globally, this is the place to be.
