Job description

As a Facets Data Conversion Developer, you will play a key role in transforming and migrating healthcare data that powers critical payer operations. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives supporting the TriZetto Facets platform, helping healthcare organizations improve efficiency, data accuracy, and member experiences.

You’ll join a collaborative team of healthcare and technology professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain T-SQL stored procedures that support complex healthcare data conversion and migration initiatives.

  • Build and implement data solutions that ensure accurate and efficient movement of information into the TriZetto Facets platform.

  • Support Facets batch processing activities and help maintain the reliability of critical business operations.

  • Create scorecards, load summaries, and operational reports that provide valuable insights into data quality and processing outcomes.

  • Perform ETL activities, including importing, transforming, validating, and reconciling data from multiple source systems.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.

  • Troubleshoot data and system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance data quality, automation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience developing and optimizing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.

  • Experience working with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
