Billing Finance Planning Power BI

Business Intelligence Corporate Development Financial Consolidations Interpersonal Communications Tableau (Business Intelligence Software), McKesson Technology is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across operating expense and capital investment activity. This role partners closely with Technology Finance leaders and business stakeholders to deliver clear financial insights, improve reporting discipline, and help optimize company resources that enable the delivery of technology products and services.

In this role, you will manage and analyze OpEx AND CapEx financial results and budgets, support long range planning, strengthen cost allocation processes, and help translate trends and derive insights for the Technology Organization drive standardized reporting solutions by. You will also play a key role in driving standardized reporting solutions within the broader Finance team leveraging FP&A systems and tools.

What You’ll Do

• Own financial analysis and management of OpEx AND CapEx budgets, including base operations and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Technology Finance and business operational leaders to analyze budget performance, explain key drivers and variances, and develop clear report-outs for assigned areas.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and long range planning activities by translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual cost allocation processes in BPC, including allocation methodology updates, billing support, and variance explanation templates.
• Develop standardized reporting solutions using tools such as BPC, SAP, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel to improve consistency, visibility, and decision-making.
• Lead process improvement efforts that simplify, standardize, and automate recurring Technology Finance processes.

• Experience supporting Technology Finance, IT finance, shared services finance, or financial planning for large, matrixed organizations.

Desired Technical Skills

• Power BI or Tableau experience, including building, maintaining, or analyzing dashboards and reports.
• SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling, large data set manipulation, and executive-ready presentations.

$82,700 - $137,900
