Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role will be responsible for managing VMware, Microsoft Azure, cloud technologies, Office 365 administration, and Veeam backup and recovery solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain secure, reliable, and scalable systems., + Administer and support VMware virtualized infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services

• Support overall cloud infrastructure strategy, operations, and optimization

• Administer Microsoft Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user account management

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Veeam backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions

• Perform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting across server and cloud platforms

• Ensure system security, availability, and compliance with internal standards and best practices

• Support Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on infrastructure projects, migrations, and system improvements

• Document system configurations, procedures, and recovery processes

• Provide technical support and serve as an escalation point for infrastructure-related issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware administration

• Experience managing Microsoft Azure environments

• Solid knowledge of Office 365 administration

• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication

• Understanding of server, storage, networking, and virtualization concepts

• Experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise backup/recovery processes
