Job description

As our Solutions Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering - helping customers get the most out of Yoodli. You thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guiding architecture reviews and crafting tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value. You’re excited to support customers through onboarding and integrations, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to tackle RFPs, security reviews, or the support tickets to keep things moving. You’re deeply customer-focused, eager to wear multiple hats, and always ready to step in where needed. Along the way, you’ll become a trusted advocate for our users - translating their real-world needs into product insights and building scalable processes that level up the entire customer experience.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Solution architecture design?, * 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment

  • 1+ years of selling into Enterprise level accounts
  • Strong technical acumen-comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch
  • Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication

Extra credit experience:

  • LMS Integrations
  • SQL experience
  • Prompt engineering

Benefits & conditions

  • Huge impact opportunity: Build and scale a company from the ground up
  • Competitive compensation: Equity opportunities at a venture-backed startup
  • OTE compensation: $160k - $185K (base + variable)
  • Work on a daily basis with the founding team and mentors
  • Join a fun, inclusive and highly motivated team culture (and help define it!)

About the company

Yoodli is the AI roleplay simulator redefining how individuals and teams master communication. Think of it as the batting cage before the big game - but for communication. Whether it’s a sales pitch, manager feedback session, or media interview, Yoodli provides private, judgment-free, just-in-time coaching. Leaders at companies like Google, Databricks, Snowflake, RingCentral, Toastmasters, and Dale Carnegie use Yoodli to ramp reps faster, improve message delivery, and reduce coaching burden on frontline managers. The result is stronger performance, greater team readiness, and a more scalable path to impact.

We’re building a new category called Experiential Learning: a new AI-powered category that helps people learn through conversational roleplays. People don’t learn from slides: they learn through dialogue, questions, and iteration. Yoodli makes that process interactive, personalized, and always up to date. It’s learning that feels fun, builds confidence, and finally lets organizations measure the ROI of training.

We’ve $40M in Series B funding, doubling our team in 2026, and are headquartered at the beautiful Pier 70 in Seattle.

  • TED Talk with our “Why”
  • Explainer on experiential learning
