Lead Quality Inspector

Do you have experience in Precision measurement in machining?, * Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident due to CMMC Level 2 certification requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, GD&T, inspection methods, technical drawings, and tolerances.
• Working knowledge of CMMs, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and similar inspection equipment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and standards.
• Perform hands-on inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Lead the quality team by managing workflow, setting priorities, training others, and providing technical guidance.
• Support FAIs, documentation, audits, quality metrics, corrective actions, and compliance with customer requirements and AS9100 standards.
