Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in technical environments. Hands-on background in software development, DevOps, or data engineering. Strong familiarity with Java, APIs, microservices, databases, or cloud-native platforms. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Agile dashboards, and DevOps tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services or investment management. Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance. Experience with hybrid onshore-offshore teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent certification
