Job description

  • As a Level 8 Scrum Master within the CM&T business unit, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. The team’s mission focuses on application management and technology services to deliver robust software solutions. You will collaborate across multiple teams, drive key delivery decisions, and provide solutions to complex problems that impact broader organizational goals., * Coach and mentor Scrum Team(s) while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and Agile maturity.
  • Facilitate standard Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive the resolution of issues, systemic blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Analyze and interpret Agile metrics to provide actionable delivery insights for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate close cross-team collaboration to ensure strict alignment on project goals and delivery timelines.
  • Champion effective communication and conflict resolution within and across teams to maintain a highly collaborative environment., * Coach, mentor, and guide software engineering teams to drive Agile maturity and process improvement.
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, track, and eliminate programmatic roadblocks and dependencies across multi-functional teams.
  • Analyze delivery metrics to provide transparent, actionable performance insights to key stakeholder groups.

  • Agile Project Management - P4 Expert level (8+ years)

  • SAFe Agile
  • Release Train Engineer (RTE)
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Agile Process Coaching / ADM for Distributed Agile Development, The ideal candidate is an expert-level Agile champion with a strong background in software engineering team management and application services. They possess a collaborative, consultative coaching tone and have a proven track record of handling cross-team dependencies in large corporate structures. An individual with automotive industry exposure and SAFe certification will excel in this environment.
