Job description
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our multi-office network infrastructure, security, and enterprise software systems. This role is critical to maintaining secure, efficient operations across all locations., Network & Security
- Maintain and troubleshoot firewalls, internet connections, VPNs, and security services
- Manage ISPs and configure secure office connections
- Configure and manage content filtering and geo-IP blocking
- Perform regular firmware/security updates and manage gateway antivirus & intrusion prevention
Active Directory & Workstations
- Manage computers and user accounts via Domain Controller
- Administer Group Policy for printers and network drive mapping
- Deploy shared printers/copiers and integrate with phone/Office 365 systems
- Handle account deactivations and data backups for former employees
Phone System Management
- Create/delete user accounts and manage inbound call routing
- Troubleshoot call issues and support automation/data reporting (Domo integration)
Office 365 Administration
- Enforce and troubleshoot security policies, MFA, and email routing
- Manage user accounts, groups, and email backups
- Support Domo reporting for email usage
Legal Practice Software (Filevine, LeadDocket, Outlaw, Vinesign, Domo)
- User/team administration and license management
- Ensure accurate client/attorney assignment for reporting
- Troubleshoot system integrations and external connections (e.g., QuickBooks)
Help Desk Tickets
- Receive, review, and prioritize incoming help desk tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user access issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding by setting up and deactivating user accounts and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in network and systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and enterprise security
- Familiarity with legal software platforms a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, * IT support: 4 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Cleveland, OH 44114 (Preferred)
