Job description

This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a senior associate Data Governance Analyst within State Street’s Global Technology Services organization. Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. What You Will Do:

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:

  • Execute processes to monitor/ensure the Enterprise Data Catalog is accurately maintained by data stewards in accordance with defined standards and corporate policies

  • Execute spot checks to review and verify metadata documentation and data lineage in the enterprise data catalog

  • Collaborate with Data Governance Business Coverage Leads to document training material and user guides

  • Support Data Governance Business Coverage Leads as they guide business unit data stewards to solutions for information sourcing, provisioning, consumption and standardization reporting and analytics

  • State Street internship experience strongly preferred
