DevOps Engineer - Private Bank - Luxembourg

They are looking for a passionate Integration & DevOps Engineer who thrives at the intersection of application delivery, infrastructure, and operational excellence.

• Driving application integration projects from design through production deployment across Development, Test, UAT and Production environments.
• Coordinating releases, change management activities, and governance processes to ensure smooth and controlled software delivery.
• Managing technical dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations within complex environments.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to define technical architectures, deployment strategies, and operational requirements.
• Promoting continuous improvement initiatives through automation, root cause analysis, and operational excellence practices.
• Supporting modern cloud-native and containerized platforms leveraging Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitOps, and CI/CD methodologies.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Application Integration, DevOps, Release Management, or IT Operations
• A versatile and highly motivated professional capable of bridging the gap between Development and Operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient application delivery while contributing to the modernization and continuous improvement of enterprise IT platforms.
• DevOps & Cloud: Kubernetes, OpenShift, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, Release Management, Change Management
• Application & Middleware: Java, JBoss, Apache, IIS, Enterprise Application Integration
• Operations & Infrastructure: ServiceNow, Scheduling Tools, Secure File Transfers, Production Support, Incident & Problem Management
• Soft Skills: Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Coordination, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement, Strong Communication and Team Collaboration
