Lead Expert Identity & Accessmanagement

Then become our lead for IAM portfolio solutions., In this key position, you will take on holistic technical responsibility for a central portfolio element (MFA, Access Management, PAM, etc.). You are the bridge builder between cutting-edge technology and marketable delivery.

• Portfolio lead: You are responsible for the (further) development and technical delivery of your products.
• Trend scout: You scan the market for innovations and decide which technologies we will use tomorrow.
• Vendor Management: You are the direct link to our manufacturer partners and negotiate on a technical level.
• Strategy partner: Together with portfolio management, you drive business and sales enablement to transform technical excellence into market success., You’re not a theorist. You have “dirt under your fingernails” from real projects and the sovereignty to lead teams and topics.

• IAM professional: You have deep, verifiable project experience in one or more leading IAM tools (e.g. Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Delinea, or Microsoft Entra ID).
• Code & network: You understand architecture. Development or programming skills as well as in-depth knowledge of network structures are the basis for you.
• Security mindset: IT security and information security are not an appendix for you, but the foundation of your work.
• Methodology: You are confident in using ITIL processes and know how to structure complex IT services.
• Personality: You have leadership qualities - you can inspire, moderate and make clear decisions even in complex situations.

For legal reasons, we refer to the minimum annual salary of 55,356€ for full-time employment (38.5 hours) under the collective agreement.
