About the role In this VeroTech consultancy assignment, you help bring subsystems integration to completion on customer platforms and ensure the solution delivers the required performance from deployment through operational use. You work in a high-tech environment where model-based design, simulations and live demonstrations support technical decisions and product evolution. Because the role spans several projects at once, you need to coordinate priorities carefully and stay aligned with project, operations and quality stakeholders. The work combines system integration, validation and technical exchange with customer teams to improve performance and reliability., Coordinate and validate subsystems integration on customer platforms across deployment and operational phases Develop and improve algorithms and control laws for guidance, navigation, flight controls and aiming systems Test and assess algorithm performance through analytical methods and Monte Carlo simulations Perform validation and verification for updates and new designs and support IVVQ efforts focused on system performance and reliability Support integration of algorithms into hardware with code generation and hardware-in-the-loop test rigs, and improve generated C code Participate in firing campaigns, process flight test data and maintain the digital twin, while modelling the physical behaviour of new concepts to support technical decisions

Requirements

You are a self-motivated and proactive engineer with strong analytical skills, able to manage several technical topics at the same time. You work in a structured way, communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating in a data-driven environment. Fluent in English, written and spoken Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Strong communicator with teamwork and interpersonal skills Competent in mathematics and statistics, comfortable with complex problems and large volumes of data, and attentive to detail Proficient in MATLAB and Simulink for algorithm development and simulation Understanding of real-time algorithm embedding challenges in microcontrollers Experienced in Agile development environments As a plus, interest in optical and magnetic sensors, ability to develop tools with C/C++ and Python, and familiarity with DO-178, ARP4754 or ISO26262
