Information Technology Project Manager (Junior)

We’re supporting a global pharmaceticual to hire a Junior Project Manager to support the implementation of clinical digital systems across our global organisation. You’ll keep projects on track, coordinating teams, managing plans, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be supported by experienced managers and work alongside Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Build and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and delivery calendars
• Coordinate testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Maintain RAID logs and flag risks, issues, and changes early
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, decision logs, and governance materials
• Keep project documentation complete and audit-ready
• Communicate clearly across functions, regions, and vendors

• Project planning & milestone tracking
• RAID/action log management
• Status reporting & documentation control
• Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
• PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent
• GxP, CSV/CSA, and data privacy awareness

Soft Skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Clear communicator - written and verbal
• Collaborative, accountable, and adaptable
• Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment, * Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, IT, engineering, business, or related field
• 0-2 years PM experience
• PM certification (CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus - not required
• Advanced English required; French and/or Dutch is a bonus
