Information Communication Technology Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced ICT Project Manager to join a leading engineering and infrastructure delivery team working on complex telecommunications and technology projects.

This role is suited to a professional with a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure cabling, project delivery, and site management, who is looking to work on large-scale, high-profile projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications infrastructure cabling projects from inception through to successful completion.

• Understand and manage client expectations, technical specifications, and project requirements.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.

• Manage project programmes, schedules, and delivery milestones.

• Control all project-related costs, including labour, materials, procurement, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations.

• Coordinate subcontractors, monitoring progress, staffing levels, and programme compliance.

• Attend client and internal project meetings, providing regular project updates.

• Implement and maintain company procedures and project processes.

• Manage project changes, ensuring cost and programme impacts are effectively controlled.

• Lead project close-out activities, including final accounts, O&M manuals, QA documentation, safety files, punch lists, and final handover.

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar ICT Project Management role.

• Extensive experience delivering telecommunications infrastructure cabling projects.

• Strong understanding of project delivery within live construction or infrastructure environments.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard Windows applications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to travel freely across European countries.

Desirable

• Telecoms or ICT industry certifications.

• Experience delivering projects within data centres, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
