IT Project Management Officer (PMO)

We are looking for an IT Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful delivery of complex digital transformation projects. You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives., * Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects.

• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, and status reporting.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with software development teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards.
• Support resource planning, change requests, and project documentation.
• Contribute to improving PMO processes and project delivery best practices., The employee will be required to comply with the Information Security policies:
• They will have access to confidential information related to Capitole Consulting and the project they are assigned to.
• They must comply with the information security policies, as well as the internal policies and procedures of both Capitole Consulting and the client.
• They will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• Previous experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.
• Experience supporting the delivery of software, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Professional English (C1) is mandatory.
• French is a plus.
