We are looking for anIT Project Management Officer (PMO)to support the successful delivery of complex digital transformation projects.You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, execution, and monitoring ofIT and software development projects.Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, and status reporting.Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial KPIs.Collaborate with software development teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards.Support resource planning, change requests, and project documentation.Contribute to improving PMO processes and project delivery best practices.RequirementsPrevious experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.Experience supporting the delivery of software, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives.Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and KPI monitoring.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.Professional English (C1) is mandatory.French is a plus.What do we offer?Individual training budget of€1,200(languages, books, certifications, etc.).Flexible remuneration package.Discounts at sports centers (AndJoy).Free private health insurance.Monthly follow-up meetings with your manager for continuous feedback.Access to our Technology Communities, where you can share knowledge, learn from colleagues, and grow professionally.Do not know us yet?Discover more here: /And have a look at what our employees say about us on Glassdoor!We are excited to meet you!The employee will be required to comply with the Information Security policies:They will have access to confidential information related to Capitole Consulting and the project they are assigned to.They must comply with the information security policies, as well as the internal policies and procedures of both Capitole Consulting and the client.They will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).#J-*****-Ljbffr

Previous experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects. Experience supporting the delivery of software, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives. Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and KPI monitoring. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
