Cloud & AI Platform Architect (m/f/d)ReusProfessionalRegularT-Systems Iberiatsi_iberia## About this job### Your TaskWe are looking for a Cloud & AI Platform Architect to lead the design, integration, and industrialization of artificial intelligence solutions in complex business ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining cloud architectures, technical AI platforms, integration with corporate systems, security, observability, technical governance, scalability, and the operation of solutions based on generative AI, intelligent agents, RAG, automation, and cloud-native services. This is a senior profile role requiring architectural vision and hands-on ability to accompany technical teams during the actual implementation of solutions.#### Responsibilities* Design end-to-end cloud architectures for artificial intelligence business solutions.* Define technical platforms that support generative AI capabilities, LLMs, RAG, agents, embeddings, vector databases, automation, and observability.* Integrate AI solutions into existing business ecosystems, connecting with APIs, internal services, external services, legacy systems, and corporate platforms.* Define secure, scalable, reusable, and operable architecture patterns.* Design deployment models, environments, continuous integration, traceability, logging, monitoring, and auditing.* Participate in the development, integration, and termination of services using automatic code generation tools and development accelerators.* Coordinate and form part of technical teams during implementation.* Accompany development teams in architecture, integration, security, deployment, and operation decisions.* Participate in the continuous improvement of internal AI tools, frameworks, building blocks, and accelerators.* Define criteria for technical governance, consumption control, observability, security, and maintainability of AI solutions.* Keep up to date with the latest advances in applied AI, cloud, platform engineering, DevOps, AIOps, and automation.* Act as an interlocutor with different internal and external stakeholders, including end customers, technical teams, partners, architecture, security, operation, and project management.### Your ProfileWe are looking for a senior Cloud & AI Platform Architect with a strong architectural vision and hands-on ability to design and implement generative AI solutions, cloud-native architectures, and complex business integrations.#### Must Have Skills* Minimum of 5 years of experience in development, architecture, or delivery of technological projects* Higher degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or similar (MECES 2 or equivalent experience recommended)* Demonstrable experience in designing cloud architectures and business platforms* Experience in generative AI solutions, including the integration of LLMs, RAG, agents, or cognitive services* Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, AI APIs, and integration patterns* Experience in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP* Strong knowledge of API-based architectures, microservices, containers, events, and cloud-native services* Strong knowledge of software development and the ability to guide stacks including Java, .NET, Python, Javascript/TypeScript, Angular, React, or Vue* Experience in DevOps and tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or equivalent* Knowledge of Platform Engineering, observability, building blocks tooling, quality gates, compliance, SBOM, and software lifecycle governance* Knowledge of cloud security, including IAM, RBAC, secret management, encryption, auditing, and segregation of environments* Experience in classic, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies* Experience in technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams* Demonstrable experience with real cases in production* Technological curiosity and a maker mentality* Interest in new tools, architectures, and engineering approaches* Ability to translate complex ideas into practical, scalable, and operable solutions* Collaborative profile with the ability to lead and perform technical tasks* Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and in ambiguous contexts* Orientation to results, technical quality, and continuous improvement* Good communication skills with technical, functional, and executive profiles* Criteria for balancing innovation, security, cost, scalability, and maintainability#### Nice to Have Skills* Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, OpenAI API, Anthropic, Vertex AI, open-source models, or equivalent platforms* Experience in multi-agent architectures or agentic workflows* Experience integrating solutions with ITSM, CRM, ERP tools, corporate portals, document repositories, or legacy systems* Cloud certifications in generative AI, cloud architecture, DevOps, or prompt engineering* Desirable knowledge of Python* Experience in legacy environments or application modernization### About UsT-Systems is part of the Deutsche Telekom group, with around 30,000 employees worldwide.
