Technical Program Managers

• Interact with project sponsors and project stakeholders to define and deliver projects
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders
• Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
• Demonstrate an insatiable curiosity and the ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects
• Apply best practices to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) across various agile and blended delivery approaches
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for dependencies, SDLC approaches, constraints, and contingency planning

Technical Program Managers must have demonstrated experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects, and have a deep technical background. They must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means not only being able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but also being able to roll up your sleeves, dig in, and help drive change., * Service-oriented architecture

• Product development (including Java, XML, messaging protocols, and Web Services)
• Build processes
• Agile project management
• Release schedules, * Bachelor’s degree
• Computer Science / Engineering Bachelor’s degree or related technical field

Experience

• Broad Job Knowledge (3 - 5 years)
• Relevant work experience, including technical program management experience, * Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Data driven and results-oriented
• Proven track record delivering large-scale platform services and driving strategic initiatives across enterprise environments
