Job description

By mid-morning, you’ve knocked out a preventive maintenance on an industrial oven, swapped a motor on a conveyor, and updated our PM checklist. After lunch, you coordinate a vendor for a specialized repair, weld a small bracket, build a custom pallet to move a piece of equipment safely, and wrap up by logging accurate maintenance and inspection records., * Keep facility and manufacturing support systems running: HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compressed air systems, wet dust collectors, ovens, motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems

  • Diagnose and repair multi-disciplinary issues across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains

  • Manage and track spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
  • Operate hand/power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments safely and effectively
  • Tackle minor building upkeep: carpentry, painting, and facility touch-ups
