Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for Microsoft 365, cyber security, and enterprise infrastructure?

Waltham Forest College is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in managing and securing our modern IT environment. You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support, lead on Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management through Intune, cyber security operations, and support our Cisco network infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

  • Administer and secure Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
  • Support and maintain servers, networks, and cloud services
  • Lead on cyber security monitoring, threat response, and disaster recovery
  • Provide technical leadership and project support across the College
  • Help deliver a reliable, secure, and innovative IT service for staff and students

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, and networking
  • Knowledge of cyber security, backup and disaster recovery
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
