Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and engage with high-calibre technology professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct detailed screening and qualification interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Manage and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate closely with 360 consultants and account managers to understand client needs and role requirements. Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent. Maintain accurate records and activity logs within the CRM system. Support the team with market mapping, talent pooling, and pipeline development for key accounts. About You Previous experience in a 360 consultant, delivery recrtuiment consultant or resourcer role within recruitment (ideally in tech, but open to other sectors). Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to build trust and rapport quickly. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Driven, proactive, and motivated by achieving results. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality and professionalism. Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
