Technical Project Manager & Solutions Architect (SaaS Implementation Model)

We are looking for a highly technical leader to drive the successful delivery of complex software projects. This hybrid role combines the execution discipline of a Technical Project Manager with the solution design expertise of a Solutions Architect. You will work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical blueprints, and guide engineering teams through delivery. In your team, you will have a number of highly trained and Implementation Engineers, subject matter experts in the field of Accreditation as well as product knowledge.

• Translate client and business needs into technical specifications, system designs, and integration plans.
• Evaluate solution options, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Partner with engineers to validate designs and resolve technical risks.

Project Management & Delivery

• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Run agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Client & Product Engagement

• Act as the technical liaison between clients and engineering teams.
• Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying technical opportunities and efficiencies.

Do you have experience in System design?, * 5+ years of experience in technical project management or program management.

• Proven background in software architecture, systems design, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software development practices.
• Experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills - able to bridge business needs and technical execution.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
