Cyber Resilience Analyst

We understand that success is achieved through our people, and we are searching for a skilled and experienced Cyber Resilience Analyst to join our team.The successful candidate will report to the Cyber Operations and Engineering Manager. This role focuses on defining, maintaining, and testing resilience plans for the organisation, including Business Continuity , Incident Response , and Disaster Recovery .You will work closely with multiple teams across the IT department and the wider business to ensure that resilience strategies are robust and effective. Strong planning and communication skills are essential, as is previous experience in cyber resilience.In addition, the responsibilities of the Cyber Resilience Analyst will include:Conducting analysis on business systems to understand and document the impact, scope, and recovery path in relation to cyber incidents.Contribution to incident reviews to ensure learnings are taken to improve our resilience.Identifying and escalating weaknesses in the resilience strategy.Working with project and change teams to ensure new developments are designed with resilience in mind.This is a role that requires a good mix of hands-on technical skills and the ability to influence and guide the recovery strategy.
